Our Estate

Driven by our convictions and our commitment to bringing exceptional agricultural land back to life, we planted nearly 3.5 hectares of vineyards between 2023 and 2026, while gradually restoring one hectare of old vines.

Today, the estate covers 4.5 hectares, all organically farmed, mainly located in the villages of Vic-sur-Seille and Marsal, in the heart of the Saulnois region of Lorraine.

Our philosophy is built upon a few fundamental principles:

  • Grapes exclusively grown on our estate, all hand-harvested and carefully hand-sorted.
  • Spontaneous fermentations relying solely on the indigenous yeasts and bacteria naturally present on the grapes and in our cellar.
  • Winemaking without oenological additives or added sulphites, allowing each wine to express the true character of its origin.
  • Entirely manual cellar work, with gravity-flow techniques used whenever possible to preserve the purity and integrity of the wines.

Certified organic since its inception, the estate is designed to exist in harmony with the unique ecosystem of the Saulnois, where salt marshes, clay-rich marl soils, meadows and hedgerows create an exceptional natural environment and remarkable biodiversity.

At the crossroads of ancestral winemaking traditions and a forward-looking vision, we craft wines that seek above all to express their terroir with honesty, combining tradition, innovation and sustainability.
